Two abstractions on the greek pottery shapes Hydria (the bigger one, used for fetching water) and Aryballos (the smaller one, used for perfume or oil).

The Hydria is embossed with the Monster energy drink logo, and the Aryballos with the logo of Bacardi rum.
                                   

Both jugs were fired in a homemade pitfire, without being bisque fired beforehand, so they exploded in the firing process. After the firing they were then carefully reassembled and placed on homemade steel stands.
